Job summary

Intesa Sanpaolo is seeking a skilled professional to support and manage specialized lending transactions across their lifecycle in a dynamic banking environment. You will perform credit reviews, portfolio monitoring, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with Structured Finance teams and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 4–5 years of banking or consulting experience, a finance or economics degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

4-5 yrs of relevant experience in banking, consulting, or accounting firms; credit background preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and financial analysis tools.
Experience in specialized lending and structured financing transactions.
Hands-on credit assessment and annual credit review, Basel regulatory framework knowledge.
AML/KYC, conflicts of interest and banking compliance understanding.
Financial statement analysis and EVA-based metrics.

Responsibilities

Support and manage specialized lending transactions across their lifecycle.
Perform credit reviews and portfolio monitoring.
Conduct compliance checks and transaction closing management.
Review credit agreements, financing documents, guarantees, and related information.
Collaborate with Structured Finance teams and stakeholders to support transactions.
Prepare internal reports to senior management and credit/risk departments.
