Job summary

GTS Consulting in Hong Kong seeks a senior finance professional to conduct full credit due diligence, build financial models, and assess risk on senior secured loans and unitranche direct lending assets.

You will analyze deal structure, covenants, and collateral, prepare memos for approvals, support fund structuring and offshore SPV arrangements, and manage the deal cycle through closing while monitoring ongoing portfolio risk.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full credit due diligence, financial modelling, and risk assessment on senior secured loans and unitranche direct lending assets.
• Analyze deal structure, collateral package, financial covenants, and downside risk; prepare investment memos and internal approval materials.
• Support fund structuring work, offshore SPV arrangement, transaction term negotiation, and full-cycle deal execution until closing.
• Manage ongoing portfolio monitoring, regular risk review, financial tracking, and early risk identification.
• Proactively engage with external GPs, PE sponsors, and counterparties for deal updates and relationship maintenance.
• Support client pitching, business updates, and market opportunity sourcing.
