Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY is seeking a Credit Analyst for Specialised and Structured Finance. The role focuses on preparing credit assessments, processing applications, and providing informed recommendations on syndicated loans, project loans, LBOs, and cross-border lending across the Syndicated and Structured Finance portfolio.

The candidate will evaluate credit limit proposals, prepare opinions for approvers, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of credit risk management experience.
• Exposure to syndicated loans, project loans, LBOs, and cross-border lending.
• Solid knowledge of APAC regulatory framework.
• University graduate majoring in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM) preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• ECF on Credit Risk Management certification preferable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed credit assessments and recommendations on syndicated loans, project loans, LBOs, and cross-border lending.
• Evaluate and challenge credit limit proposals and prepare credit opinions for approvers.
• Ensure credit requests comply with internal and external requirements.
• Provide guidance on credit risk issues in cross-department projects.
