Bluestar Silicones is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Southeast Asia based in Hong Kong. The role focuses on executing the SAI sales plan, driving growth across SEA, and providing technical support to customers across multiple industries.

You will work with internal teams to resolve application and performance issues while expanding the regional footprint. Travel to SEA markets is expected, and English fluency is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years in technical sales, application development or technical service in chemical/specialty materials
• Strong technical curiosity and problem solving with commercial awareness
• Good written and spoken English; SEA language skills are a plus

Mansioni

• Implement SAI sales development plan to meet SEA budget
• Collaborate with Business/Market Managers to identify growth segments
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot product performance issues
• Coordinate with Technical Service, R&D, Quality, Product Stewardship, Supply Chain and other teams
• Travel to Southeast Asian countries for customer visits as required
