Job summary

CXC is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia in the Self-Adhesive Industry, covering release coatings and PSA applications. The role combines commercial leadership with technical support, leading customer trials and developing strategic accounts.

Responsibilities include building distributor networks, identifying applications, and collaborating with Technical Service, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing to deliver customer solutions and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science)
• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, technical service, application development, or business development within specialty chemicals or related industries
• Experience supporting customer trials, troubleshooting, and application development
• Knowledge of silicone materials, release coatings, or pressure-sensitive adhesive applications is highly preferred
• Experience working across Southeast Asian markets is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets across Southeast Asia.
• Develop new customers, applications, and channel/distributor opportunities while managing existing accounts.
• Provide technical consultation and first-line troubleshooting support to customers.
• Lead and support product evaluations, customer trials, and application development projects.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and customer information through CRM tools.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Service, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing teams.
