Job summary

SASMAR is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia. Based in Hong Kong, you will identify opportunities, forge partnerships with major retailers, and drive revenue growth for our fertility and personal care brands.

You will lead strategic proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply teams to expand our presence across the region. A strong track record in B2B sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the health, wellness, or consumer products sectors.
• Experience selling into major retailers and developing compelling proposals for key accounts.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills; CRM experience with Odoo or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
• Create and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy.
