Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong seeks a Sommelier - Blanc de Noirs to join our F&B Service team. Based at The Landmark, you will manage beverage service and wine inventory, promote wine sales, and participate in daily restaurant operations under the Director of Wine.

The ideal candidate holds a WSET certificate, has at least 2 years in F&B, fine dining or Michelin-starred experience preferred, and is fluent in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• WSET certificate required.
• At least 2 years in F&B or hospitality.
• Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred settings preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a premier beverage and dining experience to guests.
• Oversee and maintain smooth operations in the beverage service area.
• Understand guest needs and provide professional recommendations.
• Maintain updated beverage lists and accurate sales records.
• Monitor storage, rotation and temperature of stock daily; train staff on beverage service.
