Job summary

CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited seeks a proactive pre-sales professional to drive ICT solutions for global clients. You will gather customer requirements, design migration plans, and configure proof-of-concept platforms to showcase capabilities.

The role demands 3+ years in pre-sales for networking and cloud, with strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You will collaborate across teams, prepare financial justifications, and contribute to compelling proposals and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years pre-sales support experience in networking, ICT integration, AI, DevOps and cloud solutions.
• Good knowledge in SDWAN, networking & security CPE, Internet, Cloud, IDC, SDLC.
• Self-motivated and eager to explore new technologies and solutions.
• Professional qualifications (Cisco, H3C, Fortinet, VMWare, AWS, Microsoft) and GenAI tools exposure are a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer requirements through communications, meetings and presentations with EU clients.
• Prepare ICT solution designs meeting customer requirements and internal capabilities.
• Design a migration plan and shift workloads to public or private platforms with an executable plan.
• Design, configure and support proof of concept platforms for customers.
• Source solutions with internal capability and provide post-sales support for custom solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to design and implement solutions smoothly.
• Develop financial justifications for customized solutions.
• Prepare pricing and cost calculations for customized solutions.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

Job description

• Prepare ICT solution design meeting customer’s requirement and internal product and operation capabilities.
• Design a migration plan, shift customer workloads to public or private platform and ensure execution plan is workable.
• Design, configure and support proof of concept platform for customers.
• Source solutions from external parties with the consideration of internal product and operation capability to provide post-sales support for customized solutions.
• Team up with internal departments to design the solution and ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop financial justification to justify customized solutions.
• Prepare price and cost calculation for customized solutions.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

What You Bring to Us

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years pre-sales support experience in networking, ICT integration, AI, DevOps and cloud solutions.
• Good Knowledge in SDWAN, networking & security CPE, Internet, Cloud, IDC, systems development life cycle (SDLC).
• Self-motivated and interested to explore new technologies and solutions.
• Professional qualification (e.g., Cisco, H3C, Fortinet, VMWare, AWS, Microsoft etc.), experience to drive DevOps & GenAI tools (Deepseek, Qianwen, ChatGPT, Claude) into business case will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS office tools.
