Huawei Cloud APAC in Hong Kong seeks an experienced cloud solutions architect to lead pre-sales engagements for key customers. You will analyze demand, design public cloud solutions, verify POCs, and oversee migration and delivery for large projects.

Collaboration with BD, R&D, SRE and other teams is essential to ensure successful outcomes. The role favors hands-on experience across industries and end-to-end cloud modernization, including virtualization and IT department cloudification

Competenze

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with functions, principles, and architecture of public cloud domains; basic programming knowledge or development experience preferred.
• Experience with on- and off-cloud migration methods and processes; E2E project experience preferred.
• Experience in delivering public cloud solutions for industries such as finance, Internet, manufacturing, energy, education, healthcare, and government (preferred).
• Experience in planning, implementation, and O&M of virtualization and cloudification in IT departments (preferred).

• Responsible for technical exchanges and customer opportunity during the pre-sales phase of key customers;
• Based on Huawei's cloud product and solution capabilities, responsible for demand analysis, solution design, POC verification, and traditional IT cloud solution design for public cloud projects;
• Responsible for the migration and online delivery of public cloud products and solutions; participate in and guarantee the delivery of major projects;
• Collaborate with sales (BD), R&D, SRE and other teams to ensure the continuous operation of key customers;
• Combine the characteristics of the region and the industry in which it is located, provide universal demand input for products and solutions, and support competitiveness;

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Be familiar with the functions, principles, and architecture of one or more domains of the public cloud or . Basic programming knowledge or development experience is preferred.
• Have experience in on- and off-cloud migration methods and processes. E2E project experience is preferred.
• Experience in providing public cloud solutions for one or more industries, such as finance, Internet (game and video), manufacturing, energy, education, healthcare, and government, is preferred.
• Experience in planning, implementation, and O&M of virtualization and cloudification projects of IT departments in related industries is preferred.
