Job summary

Expert Systems Limited is seeking a technically skilled Solution Consultant / Senior Solution Consultant to design, architect and implement robust virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions for enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leading PoCs, migrations and technical engagements across VMware, KVM, RHOV, Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V, and Sangfor aSV.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solution consulting, architecture or pre-sales (Senior 6+ years)
• Experience across multiple hypervisor platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, KVM, RHOV, Proxmox, Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V, Sangfor aSV)
• Demonstrated expertise in migration, DR/HA architectures and multi-hypervisor orchestration

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable multi-hypervisor and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Lead technical presentations, PoCs and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
• Advise on workload migrations across hypervisor platforms and cloud environments.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilledSolution Consultant / Senior Solution Consultantto join our growing team.In this role,you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our clients,helping them design,architect,and implement robust virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design:Architect scalable,resilient,and high-performance multi-hypervisor and hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions tailored to client business objectives.

• Client Engagement:Lead technical presentations,product demonstrations,Proof of Concepts (PoCs),and RFP responses for prospective and existing enterprise clients.

• Migration & Integration:Advise on and execute workload migrations across different hypervisor platforms (e.g.,VMware, Redhat KVM, Nutanix AHV ,MS Hyper‑V and Sangfor aSV) and hybrid cloud environments.

• Consulting & Discovery:Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions with IT leadership and operations teams to evaluate existing infrastructure,pain points,and migration risks.

• Thought Leadership & Collaboration:Stay up-to-date with emerging hypervisor technologies,industry trends,and cloud innovations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Virtualization & Hypervisor Expertise (Core Requirement)

• Proven experience in technical consulting,solution architecture,or pre‑sales engineering role (3+ yearsfor Solution Consultant /6+ yearsfor Senior Solution Consultant).

• Solid hands‑on experience and deep architectural understanding acrossmultiple hypervisor platforms,including but not limited to:

  • VMware vSphere / ESXi

  • KVM / Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (RHOV) / Proxmox VE

  • Nutanix AHV

  • Microsoft Hyper‑V

  • Sangfor aSV

• Demonstrated expertise in hypervisor migration strategies,multi‑hypervisor orchestration,backup/disaster recovery (DR),and high availability (HA) architectures.

Technical Skills & Infrastructure

• Solid understanding of compute,enterprise storage architectures (SAN,NAS,HCI,Software-Defined Storage),and networking (VLANs,Software-Defined Networking/SDN).

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Kubernetes,Docker) and enterprise cloud management tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

• Microsoft Skills & Ecosystem (Strong Plus):

  • Strong background inMicrosoft Hyper‑V,Windows Server Active Directory,andAzure Stack HCI.

  • Knowledge/experience withMicrosoft Azurehybrid operations (e.g.,Azure Arc,Azure Migrate).

• Certifications (Highly Regarded):

  • VMware VCP / VCAP

  • Nutanix NCP / NCI

  • Red Hat Certified Specialist in Virtualization

  • Microsoft Certified:Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
