Job summary

HR Plus client in Hong Kong seeks a Solution Consultant (Application Security & Delivery) to join a high-performing presales team. You will bridge clients and delivery units, run demos, PoCs, and design solutions with the Sales team.

Ideal candidates hold a CS/IS/Engineering degree, 3+ years in IT, and fluent Cantonese and English. Putonghua is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years IT industry experience, preferably in technical presales or solutions consulting.
• Knowledge of IAM, PAM, or Application Security (WAF, ADC, API Security) is highly valued.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required; Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult enterprise clients across Hong Kong to analyze pain points and design technical solutions.
• Partner with Sales to drive opportunities through presentations and custom designs.
• Own technical proposals, product demos, and PoC testing.

• Consultative Selling: Partner with enterprise clients across Hong Kong to analyze their pain points and design high-impact technical solutions.

• Hands-on Demos: Take ownership of technical proposals, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) testing.
• The Ultimate Bridge: Facilitate smooth communication between clients, sales teams, global principal vendors, and internal delivery units to ensure seamless project handovers.

Who we are looking for:

• Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related Engineering field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in the IT industry (prior technical presales or solutions consulting experience is highly preferred!).
• Technical Edge: Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Application Security & Delivery (WAF, ADC, API Security) is a huge plus.
• Communication: Top-tier presentation skills. Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must, Putonghua is a plus.
• Traits: Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable presenting to corporate stakeholders.
