Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a Solution Analyst to bridge business needs with technology in delivering enterprise applications within the IMT. You will translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions and contribute across the solution delivery lifecycle, including integration, AI-enabled opportunities, and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
• 6+ years IT experience with 3+ years in application development and support.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and UAT coordination.
• Experience delivering SaaS solutions with external vendors.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and security principles.
• Proficient in English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements, flows, specs and acceptance criteria.
• Translate needs into practical solution designs and implementation plans.
• Support end-to-end solution delivery including testing and release readiness.
• Collaborate with vendors to review proposals and manage delivery risks.
• Work with development teams on web app delivery and production rollout.
• Conduct API, data flow and security analysis for integrations.
• Maintain project docs, tests, and design decisions per standards.
• Identify AI, automation opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to scalable, secure technology solutions across the org.
