Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Service professional to join SME Banking. You will assist team leaders and relationship managers to handle inquiries, complaints, and referrals of SME banking business, helping maintain high customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day duties include onboarding new accounts, account maintenance, monitoring CDD progression, preparing daily TOD and time deposit reports, entering AOS, collecting fees, and supporting credit proposals and document checks.

Qualifications

• Preferably Degree holder with major in Finance / Business.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in SME Banking with good credit sense.
• Computer literacy
• Fluent English and Mandarin speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist team leader and relationship manager to handle customer phone-in inquiries.
• Timely and properly handle customers’ complaints.
• Refer SME banking business to RMs and relevant units; assist improvement in customer satisfactory score.
• Support RMs in daily operation activities: New Account Onboarding, Account Maintenance, CDD progress, TOD and Time Deposit reports, AOS input, and reports.
• Assist RM to complete credit proposals (OSCA, e-form, ORCR) and check documents before submission.
