OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned SME Banking professional to support routine SME account operations and collaborate with multiple departments on AML and service requests. You will handle client inquiries and assist in improving operating processes to meet service standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in SME banking/AML, strong English and Chinese communications, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Form 5 / DSE or diploma is required.
• 5–8 years of banking experience in SME banking and AML.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsabilités

• Support routine SME account operations and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and departments on operational risk, AML, remittance and service requests.
• Handle SME client emails and inquiries including amendments and document collection.
• Assist supervisor in structuring operations and meeting service standards.
• Assist Account Manager in problem solving and timely escalation when needed.
