Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Generalist, Client Services for SME Banking to deliver professional service to Midcap clients and support day-to-day inquiries.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Operations and Product teams to ensure seamless banking solutions, assist onboarding and documentation while complying with regulatory guidelines, and seek process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with majors in business, economics or finance is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external teams.
• Proactive problem solving and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality client service support to Midcap clients
• Manage and resolve client inquiries, transaction requests, and service issues promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Operations and Product teams to deliver banking solutions.
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes to improve service delivery.
