KC Smart Mobility seeks an experienced Manager/Assistant Manager to plan and develop innovative smart mobility solutions in Hong Kong. You will combine transport planning with revenue development and cost analysis to support investment decisions and enhance customer experience and operational performance.

The role requires leadership in market opportunity identification, business case development, and the delivery of commercially competitive mobility services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transport, Planning or Engineering related discipline.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong's public transport landscape.
• Proven experience in transport demand forecasting, strategic planning, revenue modelling, or business analytics.
• Experience in preparing business cases, financial evaluations, commercial proposals, and management presentations.
• Assistant Manager: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated project leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Smart Mobility proposals and translate into compelling client stories and tenders.
• Lead feasibility studies, business case development and ballpark quotations for multi-modal mobility solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop commercially competitive solutions.
• Develop ridership scenarios and evaluate costs across vehicle size, infrastructure and service levels.
• Recommend fares within regulatory regimes and market competitiveness.
• Create financial models and scenarios to shortlist projects.
• Develop executive presentations for clients, partners and government.
• Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and identify partnerships.
