Job summary

China Mobile International Limited in Kwai Hing and Central areas seeks an Assistant Strategy Manager (Strategic Planning) to participate in developing the company's strategic and annual business plans, establish well-defined milestones, and translate goals into actionable plans with KPIs.

You will draft corporate planning documents, prepare senior management decks, liaise with Headquarters for alignment, and drive cross-functional projects to ensure outcomes meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience; financial services, investment banking, consulting or strategy background preferred.
• Strong strategic orientation with critical thinking and impact evaluation.
• Excellent command of writing in Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines; strong cross-cultural teamwork.

Participate in the development of the company's strategic and annual business plans, establishing well-defined strategic pathways and corresponding performance milestones at each stage.

Translate executive strategic goals into actionable business plans and KPIs, and design execution frameworks that ensure the consistent delivery of organizational objectives.

Contribute to drafting and preparing corporate strategic planning documents, regular operational review reports, and high-impact presentation decks for senior management.

Liaise and coordinate with Headquarters to ensure alignment and mutual achievement of both company and HQ management objectives.

Actively participate in departmental and cross-functional projects, driving collaboration and ensuring project outcomes align with broader organizational goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience; financial services, investment banking, consulting or strategy background preferred.


• Possesses strong strategic orientation, ability to think critically, and evaluate impacts of plans.
