Job summary

Link seeks a result-oriented professional to lead car park management initiatives in Hong Kong. You will support the Head and AGM to implement new strategies, drive promotions, and build financial models for income initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in portfolio management, and the ability to present clear recommendations to senior management. A multinational work environment with emphasis on collaboration and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree holder preferably in Property/Housing Management, Building Surveying, Transport/Logistics Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in chain-outlet/portfolio management, with at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory level.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with AI platforms.
• Good command of English and Chinese, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support Head and AGM in implementing new initiatives to drive car park revenue.
• Execute car park promotion strategy using market intelligence for sales conversion.
• Prepare proposals and business cases for income initiatives.
• Develop financial models to assess viability of new initiatives or pricing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing; recommend strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Support budget planning and long-term forecasting for car park income and expenses.
• Engage and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
