Zusammenfassung

German Pool (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Hong Kong to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. The role requires overseeing customer service, inventory, POS use, and staff coaching to meet brand goals.

You will implement promotions, manage stock, and collaborate with the management team to plan targets and align with marketing activities. A strong managerial track record is essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in related equipment and furniture brands with shop management experience.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good management and coaching skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure a high level of customer service in our store and follow up on the results.
• Maximize sales opportunities by having a commercial focus.
• Plan and work towards specific goals with the shop management team.
• Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the brand, i.e. marketing promotions, sales activities.
• Monitoring stock inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Be able to use the POS system efficiently.
• Provide training and evaluate subordinates’ performance, recommending promotion and job enhancement.

Requirements:

• Basic Salary + Sales Commission
• Year-end Bonus

Working Hours: 10 hours per day, with shift work and rotating rest days
