As we prepare to open our first store in Hong Kong, we are looking for a passionate, commercially minded and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead the store's sales performance and day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the Regional Retail Manager, this position will play a key role in establishing and growing our Hong Kong retail presence. The position will be responsible for driving sales excellence and overall store performance, while building and developing the Hong Kong retail team from the ground up.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused and detail-oriented, with a strong passion for retail and a desire to be part of a growing international brand.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build the store operation, team culture and customer experience from the beginning, while contributing to the continued growth of Nest Designs & Petite Revery's retail network in Hong Kong.
Take full responsibility for store sales targets and KPIs.
Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and identify key opportunities and issues.
Develop and implement action plans to drive sales and improve store performance.
Proactively create selling opportunities and continuously look for ways to grow the business.
Monitor product performance, sell-through and inventory to maximise sales opportunities.
Lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve business and service goals.
Set clear expectations and maintain a disciplined, accountable and high-performing team culture.
Arrange duty roster and manpower planning.
Coach team members through regular feedback, training and on-the-job development.
Identify team strengths and development needs, and build appropriate development plans.
Manage performance and address people issues in a fair, professional and constructive manner.
Take ownership of daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation and visual merchandising.
Ensure the store consistently meets brand standards and provides an excellent customer experience.
Monitor product sales, sell-through and customer demand.
Manage inventory effectively and minimise stock-related issues.
Use product and sales data to support commercial decisions and improve store performance.
Ensure effective product presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
Diploma or above.
Minimum 3 years' retail management experience; fashion or apparel retail experience is preferred.
Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, hands on, able to deal with ambiguity and results-driven.
Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
