Job summary

Stoneylake Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limtied on Hong Kong Island is seeking a settlement assistant to support daily settlement operations, including fund in/out, stock transfer, corporate actions, and IPO processes, liaising with front office, brokers and custodians. The role handles account openings, daily settlement payments/receipts, and produces daily reports.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in finance, 1 year securities industry experience, strong English and Chinese, proficient MS

Qualifications

High Diploma in Finance or related disciplines.
1 year relevant experience in Financial / Securities industry.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office.
Detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills.
Immediately available is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily settlement operation including fund in/out, stock transfer, corporate actions, IPO, CCASS operations.
Handle account opening and client enquiries.
Process settlement payments and receipts, as well as perform daily summary reports.
Prepare daily settlement report.
Liaise directly with front office, brokers, and custodians to resolve trade and settlement issues.
Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned.
