Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a finance operations assistant in Hong Kong to support daily settlement, securities processing, and corporate actions. The role requires strong English communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, with interactions across multiple departments and branches.

You will assist in supervising daily operations, handling inquiries, and helping prepare operation manuals for policy changes, contributing to a compliant, efficient processing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision and administration of daily operations.
• Coordinate with various departments and branches.
• Check and verify blacklist records; detect suspicious money laundering transactions.
• Handle inquiries from customers and internal departments.
• Responsible for performing daily settlement.
• Provide administration support for securities processing and corporate actions.
• Prepare operation manuals for policy/procedure changes.
