Job summary

Stoneylake Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limtied is seeking an Operations Associate to support fund operations in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare NAV reconciliations, manage cash movements and settlements, and monitor daily fund risk metrics.

The role also involves assisting with compliance, reporting, and side-pocket administration, along with post-investment monitoring for private-market investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in fund operations, administration, accounting, compliance, risk management, or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered for junior role.
• Experience at a sell-side financial institution is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fund NAV reconciliations.
• Manage daily cash movements and trade settlements with prompt resolution of breaks.
• Calculate, monitor, and maintain daily fund risk metrics.
• Assist with fund compliance, risk management and internal reporting.
• Support administration and monitoring of fund side pockets.
• Track post-investment monitoring for private-market investments and reporting.
• Prepare risk reports and investor newsletters.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations on KYC/AML reviews and onboarding.
• Liaise with investment team, fund administrators, brokers, and service providers.
• Support senior management on special projects and ad hoc requests.
