Job summary

Halcyon Securities Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Settlement Assistant to support the Relationship Manager with account opening, KYC/AML, and documentation. You will perform daily securities settlement flows for HK and overseas markets, handle stock and cash reconciliation, and coordinate with trading front line.

Fresh graduates are welcome; licensing exams are required. Strong English and Chinese skills; Putonghua a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
1 year of settlement experience in securities settlement; fresh graduates welcome.
Required to take Licensing Examination.
Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
Self-motivated with responsibility and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide full support to Relationship Manager (account opening, KYC/AML, documentation).
Provide customer service for dealing, online trade and quote services.
Perform daily securities settlement operation flows for HK and overseas markets.
Handle stock and cash reconciliation.
Work closely with front line.
Prepare trade confirmations, customer fund deposits/withdrawals, CCASS operations.
Perform UAT testing when needed.
Ensure procedures comply with regulators and internal policies; report to ROs.
Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
