Job summary

Jebsen Motors Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Service Advisor Assistant on a contract basis to support the Service team in delivering exceptional aftersales service and managing appointments and repairs.

You will work closely with Service Advisors and technicians, keep customers informed, handle invoicing and records, and perform ad hoc duties as required to ensure smooth operations and timely vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma holder or above, with major in automotive engineering is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientated mindset.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Holder of a valid driving license is preferred (Class 1 and 2).

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors in delivering high-quality aftersales services to customers, meeting Porsche standards.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers with updates, quotations, and enquiries.
• Liaise with technicians to monitor repair timelines and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and vehicle delivery.
• Support invoicing, billing and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain records of repairs, service quotations, invoices and customer interactions.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Service Advisor Assistant (Contract Role)

The job incumbent will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, assist the Service Advisor in managing appointments and repairs, and ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Assist Service Advisors in delivering high-quality aftersales services to customers, consistently meeting both Porsche global standards and internal dealership requirements

Maintain proactive and regular communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing timely updates on progress, quotations, and addressing enquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction

Liaise closely with technicians to monitor repair timelines, ensuring all work was completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate with internal shareholders to ensure a smooth operation and an efficient vehicle delivery process

Support invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks with accuracy

Maintain accurate records of repairs, service quotation, invoices and requests, and customer interactions

Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
