Job summary

Inchcape Greater China in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Officer – Retail Development to support Aftersales management, drive performance, and ensure process compliance. You will analyze data, coordinate projects, and help implement strategic initiatives across the organization.

The role offers exposure to senior management and opportunities to develop business insights, dashboards, and reports for performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Engineer, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, project management, process improvement, or Aftersales operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate business insights.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze business performance, operational KPIs, and service centre productivity, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage Aftersales reporting and performance dashboards, including upselling and other key business indicators.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of operational processes and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Develop, maintain, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in new service and product development initiatives, including business analysis, operational planning, and implementation support.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and business review materials for senior management meetings and strategic discussions.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional projects and other Aftersales initiatives as assigned.

OurAftersales team is seeking aSenior Officer – Retail Development to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will be support the Aftersales Management team in driving business performance, process compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives through reporting, analysis, project coordination, and administrative support.
