Jebsen Motors in Hong Kong is seeking a customer-focused Service Coordinator to support the Service Advisors, schedule appointments and repairs, and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality aftersales service.

You will communicate proactively with customers, liaise with technicians and internal teams, assist with invoicing and records, and help maintain a smooth vehicle delivery process while upholding Porsche standards.

Formación

• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to interact with customers across languages and cultures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard dealership software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Service Advisors in delivering aftersales services to customers.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers during repair processes.
• Liaise with technicians to monitor timelines and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Support invoicing, billing, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, quotations, invoices, and requests.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
