Job summary

Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong is seeking a Server/Wine Server to join our prestigious F&B Service team. Based at The Landmark, you will provide attentive service, greet guests, take orders and ensure a superb dining experience.

You should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a passion for exceptional F&B service, and strong team spirit with excellent communication. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong within F&B Division in Hong Kong, the Server/Wine Server is responsible for providing a high standard of service which is friendly, attentive and responsive to guest needs.

As Server/Wine Server, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Greet the guests, take orders and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section
• Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
