Job summary

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Server to join our F&B Service team. This role requires delivering attentive, friendly service in a fast paced luxury setting, greeting guests, taking orders and ensuring smooth operations of the dining area.

You will be expected to communicate effectively in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin a plus, and demonstrate a passion for hospitality. This is a full-time on-site position within the F&B division.

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.

• Pleasant, service‑oriented, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

About the job

Based at the The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within F&B Division in Hong Kong, the Server is responsible for providing a high standard of service which is friendly, attentive and responsive to guest needs. The Server reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

As Server, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Greet the guests, take orders and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section
• Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience

As Server, we expect from you:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
