Job summary

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Server to join our F&B Service team. Based at our hotel, the Server provides friendly, attentive service to guests and supports smooth dining operations.

You will greet guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages. You will strive to maintain the highest guest satisfaction, be a strong team player, and communicate effectively in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional F&B service.
• Pleasant, service‑orientated and a good team player.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel standards.
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of the assigned section.
• Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area.

About The Job

Based at the The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within F&B Division in Hong Kong, the Server is responsible for providing a high standard of service which is friendly, attentive and responsive to guest needs. The Server reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

As Server, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Greet the guests, take orders and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section
• Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience

• Pleasant, service-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
