Job summary

HKBN is seeking a Senior Technical Support - IT Server to lead server deployment projects, install and configure servers, storage, UPS and IoT products in datacenters. The role requires hands-on Windows Server and backup software experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

The incumbent will perform preventive maintenance, remote hand support, and may be required for non-office hours or 7x24 standby as part of IT operations in a Hong Kong data center environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Computer science/IT or Electronic engineering.
• More than 5 years experience in server infrastructure relocation/hardware support.
• Capability to lead the team in server deployment/relocation exercise with coordination with different parties.
• Self-motivated, excellent communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in server project implementation.
• Provide installation/deployment of Server, Storage, UPS & IoT product.
• Implementation of Windows server and backup application.
• Provide preventive maintenance and remote hand support service for IT equipment in datacenter.
• Working hour is Mon to Fri (0900 to 1800).
• Non-office hour work or 7x24 standby is needed.
