Job summary

Galaxy Digital Services is seeking a seasoned IT Support Lead for our Hong Kong office. You will own day-to-day local IT operations, deliver deskside and remote support across hardware, software, and enterprise apps, and coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will manage a junior engineer, uphold SLAs, and drive improvements in onboarding, device provisioning, and security. This on-site role requires presence in the Hong Kong office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support in financial services/trading environments.
• Senior escalation point with local IT ownership or team lead responsibilities.
• Hands-on macOS and Windows support at an admin level.
• MDM platforms Intune and Jamf experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote IT support across hardware, software, identity, access, networking, mobile devices, and enterprise apps.
• Own day-to-day local IT support operations for the Hong Kong office, five days on-site.
• Deliver white-glove support to executives and business-critical teams.
• Escalate and coordinate with global IT, Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
• Manage and mentor a Level 1 / junior support engineer.
• Maintain local support ticket queues with SLAs and high quality support.
• Oversee device provisioning, lifecycle management, and hardware procurement.
• Administer endpoints via Intune and Jamf, including enrollment and compliance.
• Support security matters and respond to phishing, lost devices, and compromises.
