Job summary

CLSA is seeking an HR Operations professional to support policy interpretation, governance and operational excellence across Hong Kong and overseas locations. The role collaborates with regional HR teams, centers of excellence and HR business partners to ensure compliant, robust HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in HR operations or governance, experience with HRIS platforms, and strong analytical and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of HR experience in operations, risk/governance or projects.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft) is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of HK Employment Ordinance and HR regulatory requirements; region exposure a plus.
• Strong analytical, documentation and project coordination skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese; Mandarin fluency.
• Proficient in MS Office and data handling.

• HR Policies, Procedures & Governance support and interpretation for colleagues.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams and operations to ensure robust HR processes.
• Support implementation and maintenance of HR policies across HK and overseas.
• Assist in monitoring HR compliance and audit readiness across markets.
• Coordinate with HR Partners and centers of excellence to strengthen governance and operations.
• Support group-level HR projects through lifecycle steps and reporting.
• Conduct benchmarking on HR best practices to drive process improvements.
• Prepare project documentation and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Participate in system enhancement and HRIS improvement testing.
