Job summary

CHANEL Hong Kong invites a Senior Executive, Window Design & Production Development to translate creative vision into immersive window displays that elevate client experience across boutiques in Hong Kong and Macau. You will oversee end-to-end projects, from concept and rendering to installation, ensuring brand identity and safety standards.

Lead cross-functional partnerships with VM teams, procurement, facilities and sustainability; manage budgets and drive circularity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Window Décor design, Event production or related creative field.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• A dynamic, creative, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational & coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns & timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end window décor installation projects, tailoring global guidelines to fit local boutique architecture.
• Collaborate with VM teams and internal departments to deliver a unified brand image and client experience.
• Cultivate relationships with local vendors to deliver premium craftsmanship and timely execution.
• Direct planning and budgeting for seasonal window displays and boutique décor.
• Lead vendor selection and optimize service agreements.
• Implement circularity metrics and sustainability reporting for installations.
