Job summary

Chanel in Hong Kong seeks a skilled Visual Merchandiser to deliver brand image by creating visual excitement in the boutique through compelling displays. You will maintain high-quality displays, rotate visuals with seasonal launches, coordinate with the VM team, and coach sales staff to ensure best-in-class presentation.

The role requires a design diploma, 3–6 years of luxury VM experience, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, and fluency in English and Cantonese, with flexible hours

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in design studies.
• 3–6 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably luxury.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
• MS PowerPoint & Excel proficient.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain boutique displays and ensure quality per Chanel standards.
• Plan VM strategically with frequent rotations for in-boutique and window displays.
• Support VM team with seasonal launches and external venue setups.
• Act as the chief point of contact between boutique and VM team.
• Report challenges and provide display feedback to VM team.
