Job summary

MM HK Retail Limited is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Hong Kong to coordinate in-store displays and maintain luxury VM standards across Max Mara Group brands in HK and Macau. The role requires collaboration with contractors, marketing and sales teams to deliver elevated shopping experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in fashion or luxury goods, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in fashion design or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in fashion or luxury products industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-store display and visual contents according to Principal’s guidelines.
• Conduct HK store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
• Oversee window displays, mannequin styling and product focal points for a luxury customer experience.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, marketing and sales teams.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly VM reports and material inventory.
• Provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc projects.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Candidates with more comprehensive experience may be considered as Visual Merchandiser.
