Chanel Hong Kong invites an experienced Watches and Fine Events Manager to translate global visions into locally impactful luxury experiences. You will lead end-to-end event planning, stakeholder orchestration, budget management, and vendor partnerships.

Collaborating with Client, Retail, Communications and Visual Merchandising, you ensure every activation reflects Chanel’s heritage while driving engagement and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines with 6–8+ years of luxury event strategy experience.
• Proven budget control and ROI analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder navigation and communication.
• Highly organized with ability to deliver high-stakes events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment across Client, Retail, Communications, and Visual Merchandising.
• Manage budgets and analyze KPI/ROI.
• Develop launches and flagship activations with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Production and Visual Merchandising for elevated setups with CSR considerations.
