Job summary

Chanel Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to uphold Chanel’s in-store brand image through dynamic visual displays in our Hong Kong boutique. The role requires strategic VM planning, frequent rotation of displays, and close collaboration with the VM team to ensure luxury standards are met daily.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of luxury retail VM experience, is detail-minded, and proficient in English and Cantonese. Flexibility for night shifts and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years relevant experience in visual merchandising in retail industries (preferably luxury).
• Proficient in spoken/written English & Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the boutique’s maintenance and display quality per Chanel standards.
• Strategic VM planning with frequent rotations to enhance in-boutique and window displays.
• Support VM team with seasonal launches and external venue setups.
• Act as chief point of contact between boutique and VM team.
• Report business challenges and display feedback from boutique to VM team.
• Update VM team on product display changes and provide photos of modifications.
• Share regular photo reports.
• Coach FAs on daily VM maintenance responsibilities.
• Manage VM tools to maintain quantity and quality of tools.
