Chanel in Hong Kong is seeking a Deputy Head of Boutique to inspire and manage the boutique team, acting as a bridge between the Head of Boutique and staff. You will drive The Chanel Difference on the floor, ensure exceptional service, and support staff development and growth.

You will uphold the brand image through visual merchandising, inventory control, and grooming standards, lead client engagement, and collaborate with divisions to meet business objectives.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years in management overseeing 5+ staff.
• Fluent English and local language; Mandarin a plus.
• Experience in shop operations, stock and cash handling.
• Secondary School certificate; university degree a bonus.
