Job summary

Montblanc in Hong Kong seeks a senior Visual Merchandiser to oversee VM consistency, seasonal POSM, and boutique openings. You will lead creative window displays, manage VM guidelines, and train teams across the network while monitoring inventory and supporting events.

Qualifications

• University graduate in marketing/design management.
• 10 years working experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent English; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure VM consistency and POSM ordering.
• Manage boutique openings and setup.
• Develop and implement creative window displays.
• Review VM guidelines and training materials; conduct VM training.
• Monitor warehouse POSM inventory.
• Event support: floor plan, technical drawings, VM setup.
