Job summary

Moncler Asia Pacific Limited is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to translate global brand guidelines into compelling in-store presentations across Hong Kong stores. You will work closely with store management and VM teams to drive visual standards that support seasonal campaigns and sales.

The role requires a Diploma or above in design/VM, strong attention to detail, and at least one year in retail, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Certificate/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Visual Communication, Fashion Design or related field.
• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) communication.
• Minimum one year experience in the Retail industry.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines aligned with brand identity and seasonal priorities.
• Ensure window displays, mannequins, and product presentations are impactful and compliant with VM standards.
• Adapt global VM directives to local store layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Store Management, Visual Merchandising, and Merchandising teams to support commercial objectives.
• Monitor product placement and stock rotation to maximize sales.
• Maintain high visual standards across store areas, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Train store teams on visual merchandising principles and daily maintenance.
• Coordinate with VM to ensure window outfits and materials are properly reserved, ordered and received.
