Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of luxury fashion trends and brand storytelling.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies reflecting the Louis Vuitton brand.
• Lead junior in-store visual merchandisers and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Plan/store displays and product presentations to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with Retail and store teams to translate customer insights into displays.
• Monitor in-store standards to ensure global guideline compliance.
• Provide guidance to Regional Visual Merchandising team and maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated on trends and propose innovative ideas for customer experience.
• Manage relationships with external vendors for materials and fixtures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align merchandising initiatives.
• Assist in training junior staff to foster excellence.
