Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a senior visual designer to own the platform’s visual identity, campaigns, and main visuals for UI/VI, themed pages, and brand initiatives.

You will drive AI‑driven creativity, develop and maintain the brand system across online and offline channels, supervise video production, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to turn complex business needs into impactful visuals. A portfolio including AI-generated works is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Art Design or related field.
• 5+ years in graphic design or video production, including at least 2 years in the internet or advertising industry.
• Proficient with AI tools and able to integrate AI into the design process.
• Strong artistic foundation and outstanding creative ability.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator; skilled in video editing and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall visual style and upgrades of the platform, including main visuals for UI/VI and brand campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, concept design, final output, and data analysis; establish an efficient AI + Human workflow.
• Maintain and extend the brand identity system across online and offline channels.
• Oversee creative planning, storyboarding, and post-production guidance for key video assets and ensure high-quality final delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to understand business needs and translate them into impactful visual solutions, taking ownership of final results.
