The ideal candidate has 5+ years in content design, a related degree, solid UX grounding, and a passion for applying AI to content strategy and production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design across digital platforms.
• Degree in Communications, Design, Journalism, Language, Digital or related field.
• Strong grounding in UX with content integrated into interfaces.
• Interest in applying AI to content strategy and production.

Responsibilities

• Build content frameworks and templates to ensure quality and consistency as production scales.
• Collaborate with UX teams to define how content and design work together across interfaces.
• Translate business needs and user insights into clear content strategies.
• Use AI tools, data, and testing to refine content for clarity, engagement, and conversion.
• Pilot a Gen AI content model with responsible AI governance in workflows.
• Present content strategy and design rationale to stakeholders.
