PERSOL is assisting a Chinese innovative technology group in Hong Kong to hire a Senior UI Designer to craft high-quality UI for App and Web, leveraging design systems and AI-assisted workflows.

The role emphasizes strong typography, branding and visual execution, with 3+ years of experience, and requires proficiency in Figma and the ability to translate business needs into polished design.

Location is Causeway Bay, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm; benefits include medical insurance and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/Visual Design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and strong visual design fundamentals including typography, color and branding.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and integrating AI into daily workflows.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently to deliver on time.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or international products is a plus.

Senior UI Designer (Chinese Innovative Technology Group)

Our client, a well-known Chinese innovative technology group, is looking for a Senior UI Designer to support their daily operation.

Job Duties:

Design high-quality UI and visual experiences for App and Web products, quickly translating business requirements into polished design deliverables.

Work within existing design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency, usability, and high-quality execution.

Support campaign and marketing-related design needs, creating compelling visuals that align with business goals and drive engagement.

Leverage AI as part of the design workflow to improve efficiency and creative output across static visuals, motion design, animation, and creative exploration.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in UI / Visual Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing App and Web projects.

Strong visual design fundamentals with excellent attention to typography, color, branding, layout, and details; proficiency in Figma is required.

Strong creative and marketing design capabilities, with a good understanding of business objectives and user conversion. Experience in campaign, branding, or marketing design is a plus.

Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and the ability to integrate AI into daily workflows across static, motion, animation, and creative production.

Strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work independently and deliver on time.

Experience in fintech, payments, or international products is a plus.
