Job summary

BTCC is seeking a Lead Visual Designer to own the platform’s visual identity and campaigns. You will drive creative concept development, establish an AI-driven workflow, and ensure high-quality output for UI/VI, brand campaigns, and video content.

You will work closely with Marketing and Operations to translate complex business needs into compelling visuals, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and deliver polished communication materials with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Art Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design / video production, incl. 2+ years in internet/advertising industry.
• Proficient with AI tools as core productivity tools; passable experience with image/video generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall visual style and upgrades for platform and major campaigns.
• Coordinate AI-driven ideation to final output across UI/VI visuals and branded pages.
• Oversee video production planning, storyboarding, and post-production guidance for key assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to translate business needs into impactful visuals.
