As we embrace the AI revolution, we are seeking a forward-thinking AI Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will leverage the latest Artificial Intelligence technologies to revolutionize our creative workflow and continuously elevate our luxury brand image.

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy AI Multimedia Designer with a strong aesthetic sense for luxury brands. You will be the pioneer in our team, utilizing cutting‑edge AI tools to conceptualize, design, and render high-quality multimedia content. From generating AI models and rendering treatment machine videos to upscaling AI mockups into high-resolution production files for outdoor advertising, you will own the creative process from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Content Creation: Utilize advanced AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Sora, Topaz Labs) to generate high-quality visual assets, including AI models, lifestyle imagery, and futuristic beauty concepts.
• Video & Multimedia Production: Render, edit, and animate videos showcasing our premium treatment machines, services, and brand campaigns using a mix of AI video generators and traditional software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Concept to Execution: Translate marketing briefs into innovative creative concepts using AI for rapid storyboarding and mockups, and refine them into finalized, polished artworks.
• Production-Ready Output: Skillfully upscale and retouch AI-generated images to meet the strict technical requirements for large-scale outdoor production (OOH), print, and high-end digital platforms without losing quality or luxury appeal.
• Brand Guardianship: Ensure all AI-generated and traditional designs align with Ingrid Millet’s premium, elegant, and professional brand identity.
• Trend Spotting: Stay at the forefront of AI design trends, tools, and workflows, continuously introducing "smart ways" to improve creative efficiency and output quality.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or art direction, preferably within the beauty, luxury retail, or premium lifestyle sectors.
• AI Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway Gen-2, etc.) and AI upscaling software.
• Traditional Software Skills: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). 3D rendering skills (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D) are a strong plus.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of output specifications for various mediums, especially high-resolution requirements for outdoor billboards and print production.
• Art Sense: A strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated, premium aesthetic, excellent composition, typography, and color grading skills. (Candidates are highly encouraged to include examples of AI-generated work in their portfolio).
• Language: Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English.
