Job summary

Metaverse Cloud Solution Limited seeks an accomplished Visual Designer to lead the platform's visual style and upgrade major campaigns. You will own creative concept development for UI/VI visuals, themed pages, and brand campaigns.

You will drive AI-assisted ideation and production, maintain a cohesive brand system across online and offline channels, and coordinate video assets from planning through post-production with Marketing and Operations, delivering high-quality final communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Art Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design / video production, including at least 2 years in the internet or advertising industry.
• Not just familiar with AI tools, but able to treat them as core productivity tools. Proficient in using AIGC (image/video generation) throughout the entire design process.
• Strong artistic foundation and outstanding creative ability.
• Must be proficient in graphic design (Photoshop / Illustrator) and skilled in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere / After Effects).
• Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to independently handle multiple tasks, strong stress resistance, and an almost obsessive attention to detail.
• A personal portfolio that includes AI-generated works must be submitted with the application.

Job description

Lead the overall visual style and upgrades of the platform. Take ownership of creative concept development and execution for major operational campaigns, including main visuals for UI/VI, themed pages, and brand campaigns.

AI-Driven Creativity

Deeply leverage AI tools for creative ideation, concept design, final output, and data analysis. Establish an efficient "AI + Human" workflow to significantly boost team productivity.

Brand System Development

Maintain and extend the brand identity system, ensuring consistent and high-quality visual execution across all channels (online and offline).

Video Production Coordination

Oversee creative planning, storyboarding, and post-production guidance for key video assets (e.g., brand films, special-effects shorts). Ensure high-quality final delivery of video content.

Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to understand business needs, translate complex commercial information into impactful visual solutions, and take ownership of the final communication results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Art Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in graphic design / video production, including at least 2 years in the internet or advertising industry.

Not just familiar with AI tools, but able to treat them as core productivity tools. Proficient in using AIGC (image/video generation) throughout the entire design process. Candidates with proven cases of significantly reducing production costs or enhancing creativity through AI will be prioritized.
