The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the overall running of our performing arts venue in Hong Kong. You will oversee front‑of‑house and day‑to‑day operations to ensure events run smoothly and safely.

You will develop SOPs, oversee banquet and merchandise logistics, and translate analytics into actionable insights while coordinating with hirers, sales teams and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in performing arts, hospitality, tourism, food & beverage, retail operations or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant venue operations experience with at least 8 years in a managerial position.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.

• Oversee overall operations of the performing arts venue and ensure events run smoothly.
• Lead a team to manage front-of-house and day-to-day operations.
• Recommend operational requirements and venue design.
• Oversee banquet business and merchandise logistics.
• Develop SOPs for banquet and merchandise operations.
• Manage product lifecycle and promotional launches.
• Use business intelligence to translate analytics into insights.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Liaise between hirers, sales teams and F&B vendors.
• Build and maintain partnerships with venue hirers and event organizers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
