Infosys Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design across digital journeys, from discovery through handover and implementation review. You will translate user needs into journey maps, wireframes, and specifications while collaborating with product, business, and technology stakeholders.

The role requires 5–7 years in UI/UX, strong English communication, and experience in cross‑functional and regional teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in design strategy, UX research, and delivering customer-centered solutions.
• Ability to map journeys, perform service blueprinting, and run workshops.
• Experience in cross-functional, multinational teams.
• Strong written/spoken English; Cantonese a plus.

Job Description

• To provide hands‑on user experience for Advisor and enterprise digital journeys, shaping coherent end‑to‑end experiences from discovery through design, validation, handover and implementation review.
• To translate user needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements and technology constraints into clear journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and development‑ready experience specifications.
• To lead priority journeys such as financial needs analysis, sales illustration and point‑of‑sale or e‑application experiences, ensuring continuity across web, mobile and responsive touchpoints.
• To provide functional leadership, task direction, coaching and design‑quality oversight to junior user interface designers, including designers supplied by third‑party teams in other markets such as Vietnam.
• To apply and govern the Sun Life Design System usage, reuse established patterns appropriately, and define justified new components, states and interaction behaviours when existing assets do not meet the user need.
• To collaborate with product, business and technology stakeholders across regional and market teams, presenting design rationale, trade‑offs, risks and measurable user and business value.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Design, Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), UI. Design Strategy, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience conducting research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and workshop facilitation.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams delivering customer‑centered solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working in consulting, digital transformation, or innovation‑focused environments.
• Proven experience designing end‑to‑end customer or employee experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Strong knowledge of Design methodologies, Design Thinking, Human‑Centered Design, and Customer Experience frameworks.
• Experience facilitating executive stakeholder workshops and alignment sessions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and product development methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and collaboration tools
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to inform service design decisions.
• Ability to navigate effectively in a highly matrixed and fast‑paced environment.
